STAUB, a cast iron pot maker which maintains its traditional methods, first started in a small village of ALSACE, France in 1974. In the midst social changes that cause culinary culture rapidly fade away, the french cookware maker has rigorously asked itself what values cooking can give, and thus created its own uniqueness that penetrates regardless of trends.
